What cities and towns do you service?

Our Service Area includes: Beverly, Boxford, Danvers, Hamilton, Lynnfield, Middleton, Peabody, Topsfield and Wenham. 

What size is your truck?

Our truck is approximately 20 ft long, 9 ft wide, and requires 12 ft overhead clearance.

Will you be able to service our residence?

Moderate to steep hills, main streets, narrow side streets, streets with limited parking if we can not fit in the driveway and  low hanging trees can all pose a problem.  Any information you can provide when scheduling an appointment will help make our visit as smooth as possible. 

What brand of Snowblowers do you work on?

We specialize in servicing and repairing Ariens Snowblowers.  We will also work on the following brands of snowblowers if they are less than 15 years old: Simplicity, Husqvarna, Craftsman (if built by Husqvarna), Honda, Toro, John Deere and Cub Cadet. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept cash, check, credit cards and paypal as payment.

Do I have to be home for you to service our equipment?

No, if you are not going to be home, as long as we can get to the equipment we can  service it.  We do ask to be able to communicate with the customer by phone or text on the day of the service to discuss estimates, answer questions and receive payment.

What to expect during service or repair visit?

We will arrive to your residence and inspect the equipment. Full Service Tune Ups and scheduled repairs  will be completed.  Smaller machines are serviced right inside of our truck.  Larger equipment will be serviced outside of the truck.  If we need to provide you with an estimate, we will contact you to discuss.  Payment is expected at the completion of the visit.  In most cases, we can complete the service or repair on the first visit.  There are times where we may need to return for a second visit.  This would generally be needed if the repair involves more time than has been scheduled or if parts need to be ordered in.  When returning for a second visit to complete a repair, you will not be charged for a second service call charge.

We left a message for service and did not get a call back?

Our voice message instructs callers to hang up and use the online request form which is also mobile friendly.  This allows us to obtain all the information we need to set up and service your equipment without repeated phone calls, messages or potential miscommunication or misunderstandings.  It has worked out amazing  and we will continue to use  this format.
